  • Development of European treatment guidelines for the management of bleeding in trauma
    • A further expanded group forms the Task Force for Advanced Bleeding Care in Trauma, and includes representatives of the European Society for Anaesthesia (ESA), European Society for Emergency Medicine (EuSEM), the European Trauma Society (ETS), the European Shock Society (ESS) and the European Society for Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM). This group has developed evidence-based treatment guidelines with the title "Management of bleeding following major trauma - A European guideline".
